30 Days Of Love Affirmations™ 


For those who are not familiar with using affirmations on a consistent basis, this 30 Day exercise is a great introduction.

Key Reminders

  • “An affirmation is a strong, positive statement that something is already so.  It is a way of ‘making firm’ that which you are imaging.”    ~ Shakti Gawain (Book: Creative Visualizations)
  • State affirmations in the present tense  (not in the past or future tense).  For example, you want to use words such as “I am”, “here and now”, and etc.  ” I am a lovable person”, or ” I am creating a loving environment in my home, here and now.”  I hope these examples are helpful.
  • Saying affirmations is NOT  solely repeating the same words over and over, again.  You also have to step into the FEELING of what you are speaking.  FEELING is a vital element to this process.
  • Say your affirmations within the first 10-15 minutes when you wake up, because, your subconscious/ unconscious mind is most receptive of your mental state.  Also, the same will apply when you are ready to go asleep.
  • If possible, say your affirmations in front of a mirror.  Yes, it sounds silly and you may feel silly while doing it.  I have found saying it in front of a mirror has a profound affect how I see myself.  
  • You can say your affirmations anytime and anywhere.  Whether you say them aloud, silently, or in your mind it doesn’t matter.   As long as you are doing it.

  • It is a great tool to help transform your self-limited beliefs you may have, and expand the possibilities of the life you desire.
  • It’s a great emotional “pick-me-up”, when you need self-encouragement.
  • If you do this in a consistent basis, you can begin to see a SHIFT in your thinking, attitude, and the way you see yourself.

30 Days Of LOVE Affirmations™ 


I heard that it takes approximately 30 days to begin developing a habit, according to my various Internet searches.  Lately, I have been incorporating positive affirmations in my daily routine(s).  

Since I am a LOVE coach, I thought it would be a good idea to share some LOVE affirmations that you can incorporate in your daily routine(s).   Also, I thought it would be cool to have some company with me, as I implementing this type of mental exercise in my life.  

I hope that you find these LOVE affirmations helpful that can expand, increase, and experience more LOVE in your life.  Thanks for joining me in this journey.

ROW: Day 4 (7/17/14)

Today was somewhat a mellow.  I was not really in the mood to actively check my email or surf the web.  But, I did notice that I received a few messages from the dating sites.  I told myself that I would check those messages on Friday or Saturday.  Any of those days will be a better to spend time to actively engage in this process.  Today I feel more reflective and came to some insight about this newfound journey.  I am actually proud of myself of doing this!  Not in regards of “finding a man” or “seeking a mate, but, I realized it’s about personal growth, taking risks, and having faith.  I really understand this is more about the process or journey, rather than the outcome.  Each day is another discovery about self !

I’m actually looking forward to what new and exciting insights that I’ll learn about myself.  Then I got the thinking, how does this relate to “romance on the web”?  Well, it is helping me to actively engage in my 30 days commitment.  If I can do this, anyone can!  Especially, for those individuals who resonate with my previous philosophy of “online dating” (semi anti-online dating/ not a big fan of online dating). If you are someone who is reluctant to online dating, but, there is an inkling of curiosity to try… I think that should give it a try!  It’s only for 30 days!… you may surprise yourself!  I cannot believe how much I have learned about myself in 4 days!

Heart Moments

  • Don’t be afraid to take a risk.  If you been playing with the idea of online dating, give it a try.  If you are still hesitant and a part of you want to try it, think of it as a trail membership, try if for 30 days, lol.
  • Find a friend or someone who trust who will give you sound advice and will be your personal cheerleader during this process
  • When you decide to do the online dating, remember, that you don’t have to actively engage every day.  There will be times you want to chill out , not in the mood or have some introspection.
