I’m still basking in the LOVE that I experienced a week ago at the LOVE and LIGHT LIVE conference, which was hosted by Kevin Madison! This was one of the most powerful and transformational conference that I’ve been to in a while that was life changing. I don’t know where to begin to describe what I’ve experienced for those two days.

Recently, I was asked “what was my biggest take away?”; I responded, “ for me it was the having the COURAGE to LOVE deeper. Allowing myself to give and receive LOVE more freely and release the fear of people’s expectations (real or imagined). Overall, it’s about OWNING my GREATNESS, stepping into my POWER, and unleash the LOVE within that I have for myself and others.” That response encapsulates my emotions and thoughts of my experience at LOVE and LIGHT LIVE. It RE-AWAKENED a PASSION that was borderline dormant, because, my external world wasn’t fully reflecting of my envisioned life. I was reminded of my WHY– my reasons of pursuing my PASSION and PURPOSE. It RE-IGNITED the spark that I initially had when I started my business, which, I made a RE-COMMITMENT to my business by being more engaged. There are so many transformational SHIFTS that occurred that I want to share, however, these were my BIGGEST take aways. Which lead to my PASSIONATE AWAKENING!

Two days of being surrounded by LOVE and soaking up the LOVE ENERGY, it’s inevitable to remain the same person. My old mindset cannot accommodate the NEW person that I’m becoming, therefore, out with the old and in with the new. I’m grateful for the people I connected with, now we have a special bond to continually lift each other up in LOVE. Thank you for allowing me to share my heart with you. I’ll leave you with this, in the words of Kevin Madison “May LOVE surround you, and LIGHT shine upon you”…

Todays Affirmation: “I Embrace My Greatness And I LOVE who I Am”

Embracing one’s greatness can seem intimidating . At least for me anyhow, however, I am continually growing in my space of greatness. This was something I knew I had along, but, I kept it hidden from myself and others. After a while, my greatness was not comfortable playing small, being contained in a box, and detained by my self-posed limitations that I created (unconsciously) within myself.

One day I finally mustered up the courage to break out of that box to free myself from myself (limited). How did I do it and continuing to do it? It takes commitment to my personal growth and being deliberate on how I choose to see myself (positive self-image).

To often people wander through life not realizing their greatness. Don’t you know that YOU are GREAT? You are not great based on “what you do”, “who you know” , or by “ economical or social status.” YOU are GREAT because you are LOVE! Unfortunately, some of you have forgotten what you are made of. Life may have dissapointed you, dissapointed yourself or others that caused you to dim your light. Wondering if “something is wrong with me”, or ” I’m unlovable” , or “I’m not enough”, or ” I’m not_________(fill in the blank)

Too often I see people who are weary and it shows in their eyes. “The eyes are the windows to the soul” ( ~ anonymous). It’s like some people lost their identity, forgetting the true value they (You) posses inside. Only if we return to LOVE, you can remember how GREAT you are and EMBODY it.

*You are meant for greatness, not only for yourself. Others can benefit from your greatness when you increase your SELF-LOVE!

*When you embrace your greatness, others will unleash greatness as well.

*Write down 3-5 things you LOVE about yourself and begin to embrace that.
