It’s My Anniversary!!

WOW! I can’t believe how time ⏰flies🛫…. it’s been 4 years living in paradise 🏝. When I arrived to Hawaii 4 years ago, I didn’t have a job waiting for or placate to live. All I packed were my suitcases, along with my FAITH & Big Dreams to start a new beginning. Who would have know that taking a QUANTUM LEAP OF FAITH lead me on the path of deep self-discovery. Along the way I stumbled across self-love that I got reacquainted with Shana…

Ever since that time to the present I’m continuing to learn about myself, excavated (and continuing)buried treasures 🎁💎 that I repressed, operating from a more EMPOWERED 💪🏾 place, and continuing the process of BEcoming. I’ve met and continuing to connect with beautiful souls, which, I’m usually greeting with ALOHA! I’m grateful for the wonderful relationships, opportunities, love, and faith that continues to create this beauty tapestry called LIFE!

I’m grateful for ALL my family and friends on the mainland that supported me with my move, though bittersweet at the time. Though we don’t get to visit each other often in person, each of you hold a special place in my heart and know that I love you.

Life is beautiful and sacred, which, I cherish each moment, live in gratitude, and strive to walk in unconditional love. These are few of my reflective thoughts and thank you reading….

To those of you reading this… DON’T GIVE UP on your DREAMS….continue to BELIEVE in yourself… tap into your GREATNESS that resides within you (you ALREADY have everything in to SUCCEED… REMEMBER YOU ARE LOVABLE✨

Today’s Affirmation:” I am LOVED, LOVABLE, and LOVING”

This is one of my favorite qoutes! It is very simple,yet, profound. Where should I start…

This week started out ordinary, nothing special, just the “same old, same old” thing. But, today was different, I witness three BEAUTIFUL rainbows along my coming and going. I’m always memorized by seeing such BEAUTY and this made my day a less “ordinary.”

Later that day I met up with friends for dinner at a local Italian restaurant. We were talking among ourselves about each other’s day, foodie knowledge, places we have traveled, and etc. In that moment it felt so good being in the moment, being present. This is how we are meant to live our lives, in the here and now.

Life is not about living in the past or getting too caught up in the future, it’s about being PRESENT! To be fully engaged in life, to live with intention, to live with purpose on purpose.

LOVE Nuggets

Enjoy every moment of your life… you can find joy in the little things life has to offer.
Not matter what challenges that you maybe facing, you can always find something to be grateful for. You have to look a little closer to find it.
When you see yourself as LOVABLE, it can be easier to walk in LOVE.
Feel free to come up with your own LOVE affirmation or interchange words that works best for you.
Remember that there is more to repetition, getting in the FEELING is a very key ingredient.

Christmas is usually the time of year that most people spend time with family and loved ones. Also, it’s a time when people are exchanging gifts; opening presents; or buying last minute gifts. However, the true GIFT of this season is…the GIFT of LOVE-The DIVINE LOVE!

I Am simply here to remind you that the DIVINE LOVE is a constant reminder that YOU are Worthy and LOVABLE! That DIVINE LOVE resides in ALL of us, sometimes we forget, consider this your reminder. Don’t allow yourself to get caught up in the hustle-n-bustle if you were not able to buy a GIFT, or be disappointed if you didn’t receive a GIFT; instead, GIVE THE GIFT OF YOURSELF!

Why not, GIVE THE GIFT OF YOURSELF? YOU are the most precious and priceless GIFT that anyone can receive and you have plenty to offer. What GIFT(s) do you have that you could share to world? In what ways are you holding back your talents or gifts that can benefit others? Unwrap those hidden talents, interests, or creative abilities. Whether you’re an artist, musician, singer, author, speaker, philanthropist, teacher, farmer, designer, statistician, mother, father, sister, brother, or whomever. Whatever it is that you have on the inside can be expressed different forms. Your GIFT can be express in a job, business, or whatever profession you have. YOU are here to share and express your unique GIFT that can impact others; also it can give others permission express their GIFT (s). Presenting your GIFT to the world is one of the highest expression of LOVE, when you are living authentically. BE the GIFT that keeps on giving!

With that being said, however, you choose to spend this holiday season, just remember that you are LOVED , you were created in LOVE, and remember to give THE GIFT OF YOURSELF!

WHO AM I … WHO ARE YOU!

LOVE is my mission! I was Created in LOVE, therefore LOVE lives inside me, I Embody LOVE. I want to help people to remember who they are, because, sometimes we can easily forget.

When life throws us curves balls, or takes us on a wild ride with unexpected turns, or it feels like your life is twisted up like pretzel. In those moments we have the tendency to forgot who we are, what we are made of, where we came from … LOVE. LOVE is transformative; it can TRANSFORM a person from the inner depths of their being from the inside-out. This is where True LOVE Transformation resides. This kind of love lives inside each of us — SELF-LOVE!

Some people can have a poor perception of LOVE. They may feel like love does not exist, love cannot be attained, or think they are unable to love again. When the TRUTH is that LOVE is always here! Some of us have fallen asleep and need a re-awakening to LOVE. Because that’s who we ALL are … We are LOVE!

P.S. Remember YOU LOVED & LOVABLE, especially, in the moments you may not feel that way.
